Damn, that's similar to my experience. I began having racing thoughts that would all repeat themselves 3 times. The internal monologue was so strong that I began constantly whispering to myself. You should really try to get lower and faster sets to the pins when in system. The set should fly by you if you didnt touch it. The sets can get higher as you go out of system.I like a standard tempo where my first step of my 4 step is down when the setter has the ball in their hands.Approach angle can help vision as well.
Because saying If you don like it, don work there" didn really work out and led to exploitation. Believe it or not, many people do not have the freedom of choice to simply rule out working for giant companies that have most of the market in their field.
